OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, but only in certain conditions. Since we are selling supplements, returns in all kinds of conditions is not possible. Supplements are consumable, meaning once opened and used, they can’t be safely resold due to potential contamination and hygiene concerns.
However, if the product is damaged or a wrong product was delivered, we will accept returns under the below conditions:
1. Kindly share images of the product on supports@tailsalive.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Kindly share the order number, and invoice of the order along with the images.
3. Once verified, we will pick up the return and will refund you the payment on your original mode of payment. You can also choose to receive the refund in your TailsAlive wallet.
Refunds will typically be process between 7-14 days of receiving your returned products.
How will I be refunded for a cancelled order?
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you cancel after your order has been dispatched, the refund will be processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments made via credit or debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the original payment. For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to the billing details you provide.
We also offer the convenient option of a refund through TailsAlive coupons, which can be used for future purchases.
When can I replace a product?
We offer replacements for orders that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Simply email us at support@tailsalive.com with the relevant details as stated in the return policy above, with your replacement request.
Once our Customer Service team validates your complaint, we will arrange for the pick-up of the original order and prepare to dispatch the replacement product.
When can I cancel a product?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by logging into the website and requesting cancellation.
Upon cancellation, your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
